They say that imitiation is the sincerest form of flattery....

.... however, it is still annoying to find that someone appears to be attempting to pass off another person's work as their own.  I was recently e-mailed by an artist in California, who had found what seems to be a copy of a painting taken from Page 201 of "The Fresh and Saltwater Fishes of the World".  Norman Weaver's painting is shown below:
